We all do it.
We look down on others and think they should or shouldn’t behave, look, or think a certain way. It doesn’t feel good and if you are ready to stop imposing your judgements on others, by feeling easily offended, critical, or disappointed, this is the class for you.
In this class you will:
-
Identify how you judge yourself and others and explore how these patterns developed from childhood experiences.
-
Notice the nervous system responses and emotional states (fight energy, constriction, irritability) that accompany judgment.
-
Use tools such as self-inquiry, nervous system regulation, and reframing to release judgmental thoughts.
-
Experiment with shifting into neutrality - presence, compassion, and trust in a higher order.
