Learn the essential therapeutic components of an integrated, trauma-informed approach for helping clients heal from unresolved childhood trauma, often referred to as Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD).
This is the work that helps people become Cycle Breakers – to transcend the limitations that come from a childhood filled with trauma, chaos, and a general lack of safety. This course contains the wisdom I’ve gained from over 30 years as a trauma therapist and from the wisdom I’ve gained from my own extensive personal journey of trauma recovery.
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

Explain developmental trauma and how it impacts the trajectory of safety, worthiness, and identity.
-
Describe what happens physiologically, psychologically, and spiritually when trauma occurs.

-
Instill hope and help clients envision possibilities beyond survival, fostering post-traumatic growth.
